The Story
PickemSZN started as a simple idea: to create a free, engaging anduser-friendly NFL pick'em platform that brings friends together through the excitement of football predictions. At first, PickemSZN was created to be a mixture of a fun side project and a way to learn more about web development. It's been in development since 2018, with contributions being made very sporadically. In 2025, I decided to take the project a bit more seriously, and we have now finally launched for the broad public.
This passion project aims to bring together NFL enthusiasts who love the thrill of making picks, tracking their performance, and competing for bragging rights, but without the willingness to risk any money.
I believe that good sports prediction platforms should be accessible to everyone, which is why PickemSZN will remain free of charge while still offering useful features and a solid user experience.

About the Developer
Jeppzone Studios
A solo development studio based in Sweden, building PickemSZN as a side project.
I'm trying to balance developing this project with my full-time job as a software engineer, being a father, and developing other side projects. I will do my best to keep the project functioning at all times, while still improving on it continiously.
